I am happy to show this exorbitantly priced system to anyone who asks. The workmanship is poor, it leaks in 3 places (and did when first installed.) John was told and ignored the leaks.
This contractor installed a snow melt system with gutter melt. VERY...VERY EXPENSIVE. Lasted 2 years before the wiring showed signs of arcing and melted wire nuts. Severe fire hazard (my opinion) mounted to our home's exterior wood siding. Terrible communication skills. Not at all professional workmanship. Preformed bad, substandard, electrical work.
