Best rental experience we’ve ever had… by far. Everyone at First and Main treated us in a respectful and professional manner. If we ever had a problem or question concerning the property, they were always easy to contact and very responsive. Nice people. We would not hesitate to rent one of their properties again.
We are first time landlords and could not have chosen a better management agency to get us through this process, than First & Main. Jessica and Hannah spent a LOT of time explaining to us how the process works, what to expect, how to properly market and showcase our property, how to price (and price-adjust) our unit, how long it was going to take, and which tenants to eventually go with. They are professionals in their fields, and we will use them again and again when the time comes to re-list our property.
I’ve leased with 3 different companies in Napa County they are by far the best residential property management company I’ve ever used. Almost all other property management agencies in this area treat renters like an after thought.
