Taking the stress out of owning property We made the move to First Light 6 months ago, and we haven't worried about our properties since. We can see exactly what is happening with our property without ever picking up the phone. Tenants seem happier too. Their maintenance requests are answered quickly, they can pay their rent on-line, and the staff is very friendly. Turnovers have been handled very quickly. Best Service, Hands Down! We moved our 14-unit building from the "old" property management company to First Light and we saw the difference within the first 30 days. Not only did they offer a better rate, we can even log into their website to check on our current vacancies, rent roll and financial statements.
