The customer service at the coffee counter is laughable. I came in on Saturday at 7:45pm and the blonde lady who took our order looked and made it seem like we were bothering her by asking questions about the menu and ordering coffee. There’s plenty of other good coffee shops in Austin. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. One star only because zero isn’t an option. We paid for our order and left a tip, only to have an employee rudely tell us to leave. We asked for a refund and left immediately. There is absolutely no excuse for treating paying customers this way. We will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
