I currently rent from a homeowner who uses their services and I have NEVER dealt with such a disorganized management company in my life. Lessee beware!!! I rented a house in Norman through another management company that went belly up and the owners sought out the services of Oneprop. While there were never any issues while living there and paying rent, it is quite a different story trying to get them to release my deposit. After waiting a month from my move out date, I received a move out calculation sheet in which their is a list of trumped up charges to the tune of $1,615. We have been living in a Crown Property for over 3 years now and have enjoyed the experience. We are moving and hope to find another Crown Property to rent again. The agents are helpful and responsive. Our requests for home repairs are always dealt with in a timely manner- our AC went out last July and they had someone out to look at it within the hour. I would recommend using Crown to anyone.

Read the lease carefully before you consider signing.
