He answered all of my many, many questions, kept us informed as to the progress of our loan application, and responded to my emails and voicemails promptly.
The very best to work with on a refinance. Rick Anderson always does a nice job and I should know, I have refinance three times in the last 18 months.
How is this bank allowed to offer a 5 yr IRA CD and then decide within the first 2 yrs that it will no longer maintain these accounts and they will be mailing your funds back to you! I had a choice where to put my money and I choose you, now you get to change your mind!?!??!? WTF

If you need a loan...find another bank...Jerked me around for weeks when I was trying to pay my loan off. Wire transfer took 5 days. No one knew answers to simple questions a lending bank should. Like how you get your title. Super disappointed in the service and will never use them again. If you have an electronic title beware. You still receive it in the mail from the state DMV no matter what they tell you.
