They are very unprofessional starting with Michelle. At closing she stated that the Home warranty was NOT transferable and since it was stated in the closing documents that it was to be transferred she made us sign an adendum that we understood even though it was in the MLS that it was. In fact it was transferable and cost me 525.00 for a garage door that was inoperable 1 day after we moved in. She even told the sellers agent it was not tranferable.
