Very nice rooms and the location was perfect!
Far better than Quality Inn. Overall an aging motel doing the best they can. One night stay it meets the needs. Not a place I'd bed down for days to explore the area.
Very clean basic motel room. Well cared for nicely decorated clean building and a simple included breakfast in a cute cafe like space. I enjoyed the many beautiful framed prints in the hallway highlighting the gorgeous scenery in and around Pagosa Springs.
Decided to stay here because of the reviews. Mistake. Let me start with the good. The gal that checked us in was helpful and pleasant. Now, the bed… I invite the management to go into room 216 with a cup of coffee. Sit down on each side of the bed and listen to the noise! The mattress squeaks like crazy. After you sit down, feel the sheets. They are literally paper thin and like sandpaper. Now look at the corner of the bed. Look at ill fitting the sheet is. It’s already coming off the corner.
