Had an appointment scheduled for today for 8:30. Showed up at 8:45. Severe weather and road conditions were a big factor. I was coming from an hour away and was on hold to let them know that I would be late for 45 minutes of the drive. Walked in and talked to the receptionist where I told her we ran late but she went on to tell me we didn’t have an appointment today. My daughter had a lengthy dental procedure and was kept comfortable physically and emotionally the whole time. Her dentist gave us clear information about what to expect and how to control discomfort in the next few days. Very professional and comfortable experience!
