My son came out of the procedure area, red faced, puffy eyes and visibly upset. I wish I would have been notified that he was having trouble prior to pushing through to get the sealant procedure completed. I also never saw the dentist during this visit or his biannual appointment. I understand I could have asked to see them but to offer to connect when experiencing a poor tolerance to the procedure would have been appreciated bedside manner.
Our first experience was phenomenal. The staff was amazing and very thorough.
