Great service! Make you feel very comfortable with friendly staff.
I was having a lot of pain due to a bad tooth and my 'normal' dentist wasn't answering the phone even though they were supposed to be in the office. After calling First Impressions they could get me in right away. I live approximately an hour away from the office and was more than willing to drive that just to be pain free. Dr Flannagan and all of his staff were super friendly and didn't make me feel like just another patient. They also all made me feel very comfortable about what steps we should take and why. Best dental office I have ever been to!
Excellent experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff, timely and efficient.
I was very reluctant to go to the dentist, I always am. It had been five years and it was time to go again. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel comfortable. Everyone, from receptionist to dental hygienist to the dentist himself, was friendly and answered any question I had. Here is a place I will go back to every six months for check ups, instead of avoiding until I have to go.
