Always friendly and understanding. Truly appreciate and enjoy the doctor and staff and the care they provide.
The staff was excellent. I thought the dentist was great. They were very informative and I didn't feel like it was a high pressure sale at any point (which I've felt at other dentist's before).

Monday I had a lower front tooth filled and was dreading the shot in that sensitive area. To my surprise, I never even felt a sting from the needle. The whole process was TOTALLY PAINLESS! Dr. Flannagan is the Best.
The attention and explanation of my X-rays was very informative and allowed me to make the best decision for my care.
The staff is so kind and friendly! They make a tough experience much easier.
Can't say enough of dr Flanagan and his wonderful staff. I've always put off going to the dentist until now I've never been more at ease.
