I don't like arriving to an empty desk with a sign. Not a good impression for the first appointment of the day and not good customer service.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the poor impression we left with you. Every morning our staff gathers to review each patient for the day. That meeting often runs until the start of our business day. We try to finish before so that our sign isn't up, but that day we didn't. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I always enjoy my visit to First Impressions. The staff are always smiling and seem to really love their job. I drive 70 miles round trip to go to their office. That's how good they are! My teeth have never been so clean and healthy. Thank you!
