Always have a pleasant experience going to First Impressions. Office is very prompt. Never a long wait and staff is very professional and friendly. Trezek Terry M DDS always takes time to see patients after cleanings. Simply a wonderful experience each time I go.

I talked to the hygienist about my concerns and she ma do e me feel comfortable and took her time doing the cleaning. Olus I brought an audio book and it hwlped distract me. Perfect combo.

I always receive excellent service from First Impressions. They go the extra step to make sure your needs are met and you are as comfortable as possible with your treatment. They are very personable yet professional.
Had an appointment for my regular 3 month cleaning and had to have a cap put on due to a broken tooth. Doctor and techs worked with me to have the temporary put on same day since they had a cancellation. Love the O'Fallon office and staff. Everyone is very nice and always work with you.
