My experience with First Impressions in simple words, was fulfilling. I met peers of all ages from recent high-school graduates, college students, to people who had children my age which made the course all the more welcoming. The instructor Jerika was eager to see us succeed while being there and open to any questions or help or advice along the way and entering into the new field of dental assisting. Not a fan of the instructor and if I could have gotten a full refund after day one I would have withdrew and went somewhere else. We were often confused on what she was talking about when we were on the material section, because she would just jump randomly and not tell us what paper she was on. Clinicals were also a waste of time and the instructor was NOT helpful with procedures. She was also passive aggressive when we didn't understand stuff the first time and had clear favorites. Just graduated today. Seriously of anyone wants a career and looking for a place to start. And want to get into the field. Go here. Loved my Friday class. Keri did my run down on the program. And the instructor, Jerika is seriously amazing. She was very kind and thorough and I know if I ever have anything I can reach out. Loved every moment. 100 stars. Looking forward to a fulling career.
First Impressions was truly a life changing experience for me. I had never considered going into dentistry, but I had a friend tell me about this program that she completed and how much she loved it. Joining First Impressions was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Our instructor, Amanda, was amazing and I learned so much from her. I had a very difficult event happen in my life while attending my courses and I almost thought I would not be able to finish. However, they made sure that I was well supported and that I had everything needed to get through the program.
