The "First Impression" of First Impressions was great. That was meeting with the sales guy. It went straight down hill from there! I had them put together a workbook for me with revisions. They didn't do the revisions which left me with something I didn't want or need but they charged me full price. Ok, you got me on that one. Well, thinking they'd do the right thing and make the workbooks with the revisions I needed with maybe a discount since they messed up, but no, they charged me full price again.
