RecommendedI had the most WONDERFUL experience at Staples on south parkway in Huntsville Alabama. A very conscientious employee by the name of Daniel helped me so much to get my home office set up. He bent over backwards in the help I needed even apologized so much for the very slow delay it took for the office machinery to get to the store. Horrible customer service. Only had to drop an item off for UPS pickup. Already had a shipping label. Three employees made eye contact and not a single one could be bothered to receive the package. When an employee (Thomas I believe) finally shows up, the phone rings and he tells me to hold. It used to be customer service 101 that you take care of the customers in the store and then answer phones. Didn't realize that had changed. Doubt I ever step foot in that store again.
No one is available to help you find anything; the lines take forever, items ring up wrong, and they refuse to take coupons.
