RecommendedAfter having a consult with another orthodontist, Dr. Lu and his team thoroughly impressed us. I even cancelled a third upcoming consult because we knew we found the right office for us! They made us comfortable with their treatment plan, and we went ahead and had our daughter’s braces put on that next week. The waiting room is great for siblings as well which was important to us. This is our first experience with braces, and so far, FIO has really been an excellent choice!

We love coming to see Dr. Lu and his staff. Being new to the area, I scheduled 3 appointments for consultations at different offices. After meeting with Justin and Dr. Lu, seeing the advanced technology they use to diagnose patients, and their genuine love for their job we cancelled the other appointments and decided First Impression was the place for us! We have been more than pleased with the positive atmosphere, the eagerness to answer questions and explain things more than once, and the kindness of the staff.
The staff was very friendly and professional! Made sure I knew what was going to happen with my son. They explained the process in so much detail and made sure I understood everything before they let me go. My husband was not able to attend the initial appointment so they told me that they would bring him in at a later time (convenient for us) and go over everything with him prior to my son getting his braces put on. They made my son feel comfortable and coached him through the whole process. I definitely recommend them.
