We love Dr. Lu and the incredible staff at First Impressions. They are so friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. In 2+ years, we've never had a negative experience. My son's teeth look great and we appreciate our First Impressions family for getting him there! Highly recommend!!
Dr. Lu and his staff are amazing. I currently have two of my children there with a third to be monitored. My son gets anxious and they talk to him the whole time so he doesn’t get scared. I highly recommend FIO. You will not be disappointed with their care. They rock!!

We absolutely loved Dr Lu and the entire staff! I had two daughters with braces. One got them off and their celebrations literally brought me to happy tears! The other one is being transferred as we are moving, the staff has made sure we have all our paperwork and know exactly what next steps to take! We will really be missing seeing them! We had to move, and leave First Impression Orthodontics before my daughter’s treatment was complete. While there we were always happy with Dr. Lu and every tech that helped with adjustments!
