With this company, I went through 5 home health aides. The first aid laid it on thick with the BS. The second aid tried to steal my late wife's phone charger. The next two aides were fond of Instagram, TikTok, and other social medias while on the clock in my home. The final one, Rachel Reynolds, stole some small items from my home and conned me out of $100 for an alleged car repair that she did not pay me back to this day. This company is very unprofessional and bad with communication. I was invited to orientation, I did my cor training that I had to pay for and was given two tb shots which I didn’t even know about the second one until I called to get an update about my background check mind you it had been going on a month and they so called was waiting on my background check.
