I am always pleased with the exemplary service provided at the First Horizon branch in downtown Franklin, Tn. Ms Shanita is friendly, conscientious, and professional. I highly recommend this bank for loans and personal banking.

I felt so comfortable talking w the Bank Manager, Mackenzy. I got guidance on a retirement direction and feel confident he had my best interest in mind. He shared with me some support from other local businesses. He loves this community and it really shows. I appreciated that!
worst drive thru service ever. I usually go to the one near the mall and they always greet me with a smile and ask me if I need anything else after I am done. This location sucks. I ask them what I need to do and they never ask me anything or say thank you nothing. I have to keep calling them back over the speaker and still I am asked “did you need something else?” and then asked if there was a car behind me. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same shitty service. they should learn from the other location.
