worst drive thru service ever. I usually go to the one near the mall and they always greet me with a smile and ask me if I need anything else after I am done. This location sucks. I ask them what I need to do and they never ask me anything or say thank you nothing. I have to keep calling them back over the speaker and still I am asked “did you need something else?” and then asked if there was a car behind me. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always the same shitty service. they should learn from the other location.
Great local bank. Mack is incredibly knowledgeable, diligent, and connected in the community. Highly recommended for local business and families looking for more than just the standard banking experience.
