It takes all I can to come down town. No parking at all. No drive through. It would help.
Mr. Jay and Mrs. Tajauna were absolutely amazing in helping me open my account. They provided exceptional customer service from start to finish and made me feel like family—something you don't often experience when opening a bank account. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a bank that values its customers.
Great location and the staff is always and welcoming.
I absolutely LOVE the Midtown Branch. The Branch Manager Tajauna Goree and her team are personal and professional. The concierge service by Christy is exceptional. They always greet me by name, welcome me with a smile, and go above and beyond in meetin my banking needs. They make me feel valued and appreciated!
