The worst!
Very friendly staff. Service advisor, Matthew, helped me both times I’ve gone so far and has been helpful and communicative.
Everytime time I walk through those doors. I'm always greeted by Don the manager and Jon in service department. They make me feel so welcomed all the time. Always so attentive and great customer service. I will always recommend simi valley first honda to family and friends.
Just make sure you take it to a dealer trustworthy. I had a warranty on my car, and they wanted $1000 on top of $ 250 I spent for a door lock.!!!... I fixed it in the end... dead battery.$$$$$$$DONT TRUST THEM PLEASE SAVE YOU MONEY$$$$$$$
