We have taken our Honda Odysseys, Pilot, and Accord here for servicing over the past two decades. Although dropping your car off for services is a pain, the customer service at First Honda's Service Department eases that discomfort. I have always been pleased with 1st Honda service. We've been having them perform our service since we bought our CRV. They do the job right the first time. There's a few little WOWs. They warn of up-coming needs but don't push to up-sell. They complete the work within the time frame promised.

Ryan scheduled an appointment for me at my convenience. He explained the procedure and answered my questions. He called with the results after my car was examined and called me when my car was ready for pick up. He answered my questions and told me how to proceed so I would pass smog. He was always polite and helpful.

I recently took my Honda to First Honda of Simi Valley for service. The team made everything easy and stress free. Ryan Davis was especially helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and they finished the job on time. I felt respected as a customer throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend First Honda of Simi Valley to others.
