I used Tony once but will definitely be using him again on my next purchase. He's very knowledgeable and knows what to look for. If you're in need of a home inspection, this is your guy.
We have used Tony for 3 different home inspections. He saved us from purchasing a home with a pretty major septic issue. Tony noticed the problem after it was supposedly fixed. The seller and realtor of the home had a “septic specialist” come out to double check the septic who labeled it satisfactory. Tony was so dissatisfied with that report (knowing there were problems) that he came out a second time, on a Saturday, and dug around the septic tank and took pictures of what was done wrong and wrote up an entire report and se... read more
