First Health Hospice contracted with our company for medical services to provide for their patients. They have yet to pay their contract and are severely delinquent. As a medical professional I would not recommend this company or service to anyone.
The staff works well together for creating a continuity care for patients who are experiencing end of life transitioning. The company also is willing to do whatever it takes provide professional healthcare that is memorable for families.
This company recently expanded into the Ohio market. A nursing facility of ours signed a contract with them for services back in October of 2021. They are yet to pay us and we have been told false information on their Ohio Medicaid status. Do not recommend Ohio facilities utilize their services for residents.
The nursing home my mother is at contacted first health hospice care on Friday. Late Monday afternoon the lady came with paperwork. She said the nurse will be here shortly. It's now the next day and still no one came to provide hospice care. We are looking into finding a different provider.
