I called this clinic to inquire if my aunt was a patient there, but I was met with a very rude and unprofessional response. While I understand privacy regulations, the staff’s tone and demeanor were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this facility to anyone based on how they treat people over the phone. Furthermore, I am concerned about their conduct regarding HIPAA protocols and general professional standards. They definitely need to improve their customer service. I'll be filing this to The State Medical Board.
I came in with a swollen lymph node on side neck the Dr was very educated prescribed me some antibiotics and put in a referral for a biopsy. He was very professional and staff was friendly.
