Excellent service, they responded within 30 minutes. The crew arrived and did the clean up by the end of the day. The project manager Tim Lacelle, very professionally, and well organized. He was on top of the entire project. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.
Shea and his team were absolutely fantastic. Extremely professional and fast with the water damage clean up and sanitization. The crew was very polite and took care of our home in a very professional manner. Shea was very knowledgeable and informative and let us know what is happening every step of the way. This company has been nothing but an absolute nightmare to deal with. It's now been 2 years since our renovations, and were still dealing with their mistakes. Since first general has worked on our house we have had multiple plumbing issues/floods. Our basement is now full of black mould. We had asked them to come and fix it, but instead they worsened the damage. I really dont recomend this business to anybody! Save yourself the headache!!
Where do I even begin. These guys have been working on my apartment for the past month. At the start, they gave us roughly 15 hours notice to pack up and vacate the apartment as they were more than happy to come in and demo the entire sub floor. After 3 days of demo, they told us they would be back in 3 months to repair. We had to threaten to find a different company for them to actually come do repairs.
