I have taken my Mercedes there a few times now, exceptional is not enough to describe the service at this shop. The owner personally took care of me. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. The Professionalism and amazing work absolutely exceeded my expectations. I needed help and called shops all around at the verge of closing hours, and to make sure I get home safe he took me in and took care of my car. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I heard of First Gear Automotive from a friend, and haven't regretted anything since. They have both helped me through lots of car troubles, and were able to get new rims for my car that look amazing, couldn't be happier. They give very good advice and are always willing to help.
Excellent service from First Gear Auto!!! I brought my Mercedes C300 here that needed work on the front differential and brakes and Josh was amazing. He went above and beyond to solve the issues that most shops wouldn't deal with. I was turned away by numerous garages and transmission shops but Josh happily took my business, did research and came to an affordable and reliable service for this vehicle.
