The garage door suddenly wouldn’t open one morning, and it turned out the spring had broken. I called Jonathan, and he showed up fast with everything needed to fix it. He explained what had happened, replaced both springs, and made sure the tension was perfect before testing it a few times. What impressed me most was how careful he was about safety and how he took the time to make sure I understood how to maintain it going forward. The door now opens smoothly and quietly again, and it’s clear he really knows his work.

We had our old garage door replaced and Jonathan was the project manager. He was straightforward and easy to deal with, not the kind that just says yes to everything. There were a few delays with the parts coming in, but he kept me in the loop and made sure the installers showed up when they said they would. The door runs smooth now and doesn’t make that awful noise anymore. It’s not all perfect, a little paint touch up still needed, but I’m really glad we went through with it.
