FFCU treats their employees horribly..I mean HORRIBLY! If they do not sell you something they will get written up. This is why the turnover rate is well above industry norms. This review is not for the, unfortunate, employees that work there, but rather for the CEO and upper management that perpetuate an environment of castigation and intimidation. This credit union is in a word...”toxic” and I would suggest banking elsewhere.
Horrible place to work! Don’t waste your time!! Should’ve went with my first instinct when the recruiter Stewart tried to talk me out of it.
