Accidental double payment made to my mortgage in February for the month of March. On February 28 I contacted customer service for FFB to request a refund. I was required to send a pdf file showing my checking ledger and the double payment. 4 copies were sent and all 4 I was emailed that the file couldnt be opened. I asked my bank for my checking account to fax the 2 page document and was again, emailed that they couldnt open the file. I was told I would hear from the escalation team. I have not.
