Had my construction loan financed with them and I wish I would have used anyone but them. I had my identity stolen because they don’t know how to use secure email. The construction process was a nightmare thanks to Delcina. Then when it’s time to convert from construction to perm loan they screwed up the process! I had OVER HALF A MILLION DOLLARS reporting on my credit! Without even a call from FF bank.
