I was very impressed with the help Stephen Richmond was able to give me. He reassured me we would find a plan that would fit my needs. He took time explaining each one which helped to decrease my anxiety about finding the right plan. He emailed me timely with information he said he would send. I wanted to thank my representative Stephen Richmond for the service during the time I was signing up for my health insurance. I was indecisive on what plan, and he walked me through my options and explained coverage, deductibles etc. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, call me back when I requested a return phone call and he was professional.
