Frustrated and misled. 1st let me say the doctor who examined me seemed caring and knowledgeable. However, the actions of the upfront staff very deceiving. The 5 times I spoke with the reservationist I provided my insurance info requesting confirmation my insurance covers my basic exam so I should not need to pay for it. Requested the billing dept. They have a culture of excellent customer service. Everyone who helped me was different than my last visit two years ago. On both visits they all went above and beyond simply courtesy to be sure my needs were met.
Dr. Bean, Amber, and the rest of the team at First Eye Care are awesome. Everyone made me feel right at home! I highly recommend them!
I have been with First Eye Care for the past 9 yrs, their outstanding services is what keeps me coming back. Recently they had an invisible scratch on my lense, that I had not noticed for 5days, they ordered new lenses and called me for replacement, before i complained abt or noticed the scratch. Now, that's customer care indeed. Doctor Hughes see you soon!
