Two appointments cancelled within minutes of being scheduled to be there. The first - February 1st and the second - February 9th. Two appointments in a row cancelled. Please note - I drive an hour to get there. Skylark called and candles both appointments. I’d hate to have her job! There is not an excused big enough to excuse w2 appointments in a row. Adios!
RecommendedThese guys take such great care of me and my family...and have for years. Dr. Hughes is down to earth and just overall enjoyable to see. The staff rocks. Oh, and they carry some of my favorite glasses I’ve found anywhere!
I’ve been going to see Dr Bean for about 5 years, she is amazing. However, this last visit she was out I saw a new doctor. No big deal he was nice as well, I got contacts and 2 months since my visit no contacts. I’ve tried calling numerous times to talk to someone it’s either busy or I get the answering service. But no callback. I unfortunately will not be back to this office because no one seems to care.
Our family has been patients at First Eye Care for many years and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They have consistently given the best service. Recently in the midst of our pandemic, two of my children had lost or broken their glasses, in addition to needing contacts. Haley, from First Eye Care, was able to pick out frames, submit orders and have everything available to us in a short amount of time. I appreciate how this business is still there for the community when it needs it the most!

Dr. Craig Hughes is one of the most compassionate and professional health care providers I have ever visited. His staff is friendly, polite, and always tell you their name. Together with his staff, Dr. Hughes provides excellent care, thorough examinations, and always goes the extra mile for his patients!
Try using customer service techniques in the eyeglass department. Right now, you have people to have no clue and are there to get you in and out with glass that may or may not be the right prescription and getting it corrected is like an act of congress . . . well, maybe not that bad.
