Very nice place. It accommodated our large family. The screens are very large for viewing. The first time we went the technician was very friendly kind and explained everything. Second time we went The technician was not friendly nor kind and didn't explain much. She had a bad attitude. She made us feel as though we inconvenienced her.if the tech we had the second time is there all the time I would not recommend this place. I was told the tech that we had the first time is only there in the evenings.
We had a great experience here! The ultrasound technician was very patient and knowledgable. Our baby did not want to participate with the gender reveal, and she really took her time so that we were able to find out. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Would definitely recommend �
One of the best experiences of my life! The staff is so nice and the boutique and room is beautiful. I felt comfortable the entire time and my family and friends enjoyed seeing the ultrasound. They did everything they could to make my baby show his face so we could get an amazing picture! Thank you so much First Encounters! I recommend to everyone !
What an amazing experience. Comfortable setting and the tech was so personable. Can't wait to go back!!! Great price for everything we got.!!!!!
