I had my 4D ultrasound done at the end of April. It was a wonderful experience and the photos given were of great quality. However, my husband paid extra for the teddy bear with the heartbeat inside. Once we already chose that option we were told at the end that the heartbeat may not last that long depending on how many times we press the stuffed animal. It has not even been two months, we maybe pressed the heartbeat 4 times and two days ago it completely stopped working. I called First Encounters multiple times and still ha... read more
Great place. Super friendly, clean, cute little shop, and the ultrasound tech was super patient and knew all the tricks to get my little one to turn and move so we could get her face. A MUST do!!
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was very accommodating to my family that came to share our experience. the facility was very comfortable and inviting.
Tech was not very friendly and very short in her responses. I would rather travel to WPB to go to my other place for better experience. Won’t be back!
This was a wonderful experience, very comfortable and absolutely amazing! Being able to your baby and their featured in 3D/4D is awesome! Our little boy is due in December. Appointments are easy to schedule and we were even to get a same day appointment on a Saturday. I highly recommend!
This was an amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was very kind and calm... The boutique was adorable and it was such a special experience to be able to have both of our mothers there to see our baby moving around. I will definitely be returning for one more visit during this pregnancy.
