The CCTV camera on my chimney (35' above ground) failed. Shawn and his team brought a 60' articulating lift to the house, meticulously steered it through my palm trees and installed a new camera. It took some troubleshooting but the three man team (two in the lift bucket and one on the ground) communicated through phone and two way radio to work it out. They were pleasant, neat and very easy to work with. Shawn seems to know his way around CCTV as well as I know how to turn on a light switch.
We’ve been working with First Digital Surveillance since 2010, and they continue to exceed our expectations! Their support team is phenomenal—any issues are fixed immediately without the need for constant reminders. Their yearly support fees are extremely reasonable, and their installation crew is professional, efficient, and highly skilled. We trust them completely for all our security needs and couldn’t recommend them more!
Excellent service! Installation was quick and clean, everything worked as promised. Had problems with our internet and FDS was very helpful at getting our offsite connection hooked back up. Would recommend this company if you are getting security cameras installed on your property.
