Excellent Service. We checked around for different people to handle our credit card transactions. Some seemed so expensive. Then we called First Data and they were not as much as the other companies we had checked. First Data is excellent to work with and one time when we had an issue with our machine, they had it fixed in no time.

If you want the best service on the planet use these guys. They are available when you need them, not that you need them often. They saved me about double what they promised. If you are a business owner you would be a fool to trust your processing to anyone else.

I could say many great things but the best parts are the great service and we get credit card deposits much sooner (the very next day).

FDIS is fantastic! We have bounced from processor to processor trying to find someone who would provide consistent pricing and service. The banks were always adding on fees and when we needed help, would refer us to the "actual merchant services company" (they never let on that they were nothing more than a 3rd party reseller until we needed assistance).
