We made the unfortunate choice to go with this bank for our mortgage because it was quick. I told the lender repeatedly that I wanted to put down 20%, but he completed the paperwork for 10%. I told him to change it prior to closing, but he gave me a song and dance about how we couldn't because it would push back the closing. He said we could recast at no charge after we sold our other house, then sold our mortgage to another bank almost immediately before our other house was sold. Didn’t keep me in the loop of the process. I had to pay for an appraisal before I even got through the negotiation/ inspection phase. I will never buy a house now because this place really ruined it all for me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I would never recommend them to anyone.
I cannot have asked to work with a better person! Angela took an amazing amount of time to communicate with me and walk me through every step of the home buying process. I truly feel like she had my best interest at heart in this large financial decision. So many people have horror stories of the home buying process.... They probably should've worked with Angela!
