I had a great experience, my loan officer was amazing. Having a home built is a lengthy process compared to purchasing an existing home. My loan officer, Dorothy, was available. Every phone call was returned and questions answered within 24 hours. She is honest, patient, and kind. I've already recommended her to family & friends.
