I have been trying to call all locations in Grand forks over and over since Thursday. No on answers ever! I'm so fed up with this change over. I was a member with citizens for over 6 years and even have worked there in the branch on 32nd for 9 months. There is no customer service left in the locations and this switch to first community has had no communication with members. Very disappointed. It's sad I live 30+ miles in the country and I have to drive to Grand forks just to get someone to give me my new bank account number.... read more
Ever since they were bought out and turned into First Community Credit Union I have been dealing with a marked decrease in the quality of service. I take every opportunity that presents itself to let those around me know how atrocious my experience with this organization has been.
3 locations in grandforks, 1location in East grandforks. Tried all 4 locations phone numbers and no will answer the phone.
This place is a joke!! Your merger with Citizens is all crap!! Cant get the new debit card activated when you call the number on the card! Try call any of the locations and it rings and rings then someone picks up and hangs up!! Definitely time to make the switch along with many others who are saying the same thing on a local Facebook page outta Grand Forks!!!
FCCU is merging with Citizens in Grand Forks, I didn't recieve a new card in the mail and currently have no access to my money. Tried calling all locationd in Grand Forks and the line rings then hangs up. Went to stand in line at the bank and it was so long with other customers not able to activate their new cards. Will be changing banks tomorrow!
