Don't bother calling. Even if someone answers the phone, they won't be able to help you. They'll have one of their 'experts' call you back. And that never happens either. Same thing if you go in--they can't help you but someone will call you---but they never do. Worst customer service in the history of the world.
RecommendedI bank threw you guys in GF, ND and you are honestly the best bank ever!! Jenny Swang convinced me to get a bank account there and it was the best idea. Since then, I got a personal loan & my credit has went up significantly!! I appreciate all this bank does!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone banking here ❤️
How about you go back to the old ways. fccu is the India call center of credit unions
So FCCU let's you opt in to have funds pulled from other accts, such as savings or overdraft accounts. So instead of logging on to transfer money, it should pull what it needs... For the past 2 years this has not been working. It doesn't pull, then I get an overdraft fee. I then call and they refund me the charge and apologize. (but I have to call, otherwise it doesn't happen) Now after dealing with this for 2 years, they are not refunding me or returning my calls. Basically stealing my money and not giving it back!! Shame o... read more
