They used to have such amazing service in Jamestown but seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve been with them over 10 years. I will be switching banks!

every scence CCCU merged with FCCU the member service (customer service) in GF and I hear Delvis Lake area has stunk. FCCU is now a Bank to line pockets, not help people.
