I have been living in The Halsten Apartments for 9+ years. By far First Communities management has been the worst that I had seen. They do not take care of request for repairs and office employees are rude and inefficient .One time a female employee was talking to me in the leasing office and she was re-arranging her underwear while answering my concern. They keep telling me that they are behind all service requests and that they do not have enough employees. I have been waiting for a month for my last service request. I lik... read more
BEWARE!! If I could give zero stars I would! No help at all after flooding in the apartment, will not honor contract that states lease is to be broken if uninhabitable due to flood, see number 11 on contract! Dishonest company!! Stay far away if you can!
