I overall love this bank. The people are amazing. They're always happy when I go to any of the branches, the downside. I will say, is the not twenty four hour service and the bank hours, which are kind of understandable. But as a person who works at night, it's very inconvenient. But overall, this isn't a great bank. They're helped me get loans. They've helped me get my first credit card and understand how to build credit and wealth building through time. I'd recommend this bank
The team at 1st Commonwealth Bank is genuinely energetic, kind and welcoming. They've helped me with several issues and followed up thoroughly - big thanks to all of you! Staff across all departments, including those outside the city, are consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. They resolve matters efficiently and with great care. Highly recommend! The lady's at the menoher Blvd branch are the best! They are always so helpful with everything you can imagine. If they can't answer my question they will find someone who can! Always so friendly all the time.
