Stay clear of this bank. Fees and arrogant management won't work with you. Its all about their money they can pull out from you. I secured a business loan with First Commonwealth with the up front assurance from an officer of their bank that if I paid my loan off early with personal funds there would be no prepayment penalty of 2%. When I went to pay the loan early there are stubbornly mandating their 2% early payoff fee and won't honor what their employee promised. the banking was okay, but even though I banked regularly, no one ever gave me that personalized service I like.
