Beware! They folks began managing our Manufactured Home Park a few months ago and our park is becoming hell. They are enforcing rules on some tenants that haven't been enforced in over 20 years which is illegal. I explained this to Kandice Woehl and while she admits she knows it is illegal she says she is going to do it anyways. Giving people 50 dollar fines for rules we never voted in, along with threats of eviction if we don't pay. I believe this is considered extortion? We’ve worked with FCP over the years and would highly recommend them. The overall dedication from the entire team is exceptional.
Not even accredited by the BBB. All they want is money and don't care about anyone else. Horrible company. 5 months into the year and they want to raise the rent yet again! Screwed up company. Horrible management for a mobile home company.
