I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. The customer service in Nashville is absolutely wonderful, Joyce and her staff go above and beyond, but when the Tallahassee people are involved, you better believe it’s going to be your worst nightmare. No hospitality, no manners, no concern or regards for anyone. No humanity.
Joyce got me in and out very quickly, she was very helpful and very nice!
