The website is terrible. Not user friendly. I’ve been locked out multiple times. Doesn’t work on the phone, sometimes works in desktop. Not open on sundays to help with password reset…. Even though I know my password. Says it can’t find my account…. Even though I’ve used it for years… They have separate username/password for both banking and investments which is super inconvenient.
