We had an amazing experience today with Jaxyn, a group of 5 of us went in looking for dresses for my daughter and her best friend. Jaxyn was sooo helpful and made the experience the best it could have been. We shared some laughter and some tears and both girls found their dream dresses. Highly recommend. Update: The business has responded to my review disputing my account of the appointment. I want to clarify that my review was based on my personal experience and how I felt during the appointment. I never claimed I was obligated to purchase a dress, nor did I say I was upset simply because I chose not to purchase. My concern was the way I felt I was treated throughout the appointment and particularly when I ultimately decided not to buy anything. Knowledgeable staff and a solid option if you plan on only shopping in Kamloops. My only drawback is that there’s no natural light in the fitting area so it’s hard to get a real sense of what the dresses look like.
